Welcoming remarks. Introduction to and familiarization with the training program and discussion of the expectations of the participants. 
The participants will be divided into two working groups.

First Group

- Civil and political rights within the constitution, legislation, and international conventions.

- Principles of the parliamentary representative system.

- Legislation regulating the political process in Jordan: “Electoral Law, Political Parties Law, the system of financial contribution in support of political parties, Law of the Independent Election Commission”.

Second Group

- Youth discussion session on the concept of the political party, democracy, the civil state, national identity, and the rule of law.

- Laws regulating freedom of opinion and expression: "The Right of Access to Information Law, Cyber-crimes Law, and the Penal Code”.
- Laws supporting the democratic process: “the law of public assembly, law of associations, and independent national institutions”.
